My home is tv fREE!!! tv is on it's way out. a thing of the past...

yes there can be cool and interesting documentaries and stuff on the discovery or history channels, all of which you can see online.

I can see keeping children away from TV.  I think even watching videos should be a rare event for children.  But for one adult to suggest to another that they shouldn't watch programmed TV is snobbery.  And...they wear it like a badge.
