I'm eager to fight the battle for that territory, and then exact punitive damages.
Anything that limits liberty, abuses ploitical power for personal benefit, or steals public funds to use for private purposes should get the axe and then some.

We should also examine anything that would have a chilling effect on law enforcement acting outside of their legitimate duties to protect life, liberty, and property.  We'd have to worry less about stupid illegitimate laws if they never got enforced.

Dennis, your last post actually got me thinking about the next state rep elections.

While it would be nice to see all the A reps stay and all the D and F reps get tossed out what is more important is that those responsible for the most bad bills get tossed out.

If someone is an F rep but they don't submit any bills at all they aren't nearly as bad as someone who may be a D rep who put up the 5 or 6 worst bills.  We need to identify the authors of the worst bills and focus on getting them out of office first and foremost!
