That would be awesome.  I think certain police would have a fit if they saw 50 cardboard Russells standing outside the IRS office, all with cardboard pitchforks and signs.

I wonder how much they would cost to make up.  Make them with him holding a blank sign and you can use a white board marker on them to have them say whatever you want at the time.  Heck, I see a fund raiser idea in this too... own your own Russ cut out!
