Need some automotive work - block heater install

As the summer is coming to an end, I'm looking to hire someone to install an engine block heater in my Acura 3.2TL.  The instructions are attached.

I have all the necessary tools, just other priorities.  Get in touch if you're interested with your proposal and price.  The dealer wants something like $150, so I'm looking to pay a bit less since that price pushes my DIY buttons.  Thanks!
