I would second Dr. Dewey Miller.  Been seeing him for years, no issues.  Pain free, haven't had any "work" fail, necessitating an emergency reappointment.  The muzak tunes are great too, office staff and hygienists are nice.

Conveniently next to my bank of choice, SB of Walpole!  :)
