Does anyone know how to contact David Krouse?

David Krouse is a former roommate of mine who has a ton of mail piling up, including a bunch of newspapers and possibly some unpaid bills.  The email address I have for him kicks back, and the phone number I have goes straight to voicemail and his mailbox is full.  Does anyone have a current email address or phone number for him?

Any leads would be appreciated.
