I do not smoke and I am very upset with the smoking ban that recently passed in Ohio. What blew my mind was that many places already were no smoking. Or severely limited. One local restaurant sunk $30G (I'm told) into a secondary ventilation system just for the smoking area. Only to have smoking banned indoors.
