I have read that when the blow a lot of peoples
money sending probes that will go out to deep
space, they put things on them to show how earth is
to any space folk who might find them.

The next one should have a tape of tank man,
as it shows some of the best of humanity.

They say he wasn't executed. But China has over 1 billion people and if they wanted, they could easily pull some dude forward and have him claim to be the tank guy to get everyone concerned about his where abouts to shut up. I doubt we'll ever know 99% where he is or what happened to him.

A re-education work-camp likely. 

First they will crush his spirit with mind-washing and then they will crush his body with labor. Same result, only they derive a benefit from it.
