How can you get that heated about a flag?
It's just a symbol.  Why don't you get upset when they distort the flage to make it look like it's blowing in the wind, so that you can't see all the stars or stripes?  That should be more annoying.
Why not flip standard flag 90 degrees so the blue field is forward and the stripes are vertical when worn on the right shoulder?  This way you get to use 1 flag patch and therefore costs less money.

I have a few links with some native Americans and one of them, an elder in his tribe, told me something that struck me as relevant. He said there are no more Indians as a race. There's only 30,000 left out of the original 2million. He said now the white people are the new Indians. I took this to mean that we are now in the sink or swim situation that they were in when England invaded. But I also took it to mean that we are treated like they were at first... that is, like lesser, inferior people.

...and it's true, they never freed the slaves, they just lowered the bar.
