I hate Valentines day.
I have only celebrated it once in my life and decided not to do it again.
To me Valentines day is one long hard work day.

I know this stuff hurts, no matter who you are.  Kate, Bill, or Sharon.  Hurts in different ways:  embarrassment, debasement, anger, reputation.

Let's not turn this into a broken window, either.  Kate's getting a lot of support from what  she may not have realized is a substantial amount of reputation both she and Bill have accrued in very short time.  You can see Bill's somewhat buffered by it, but it's damaged.

From what I can tell, Sharon was already on many people's 'recovering reputation' list, or, "running in the red".  Many people's compassion run pretty deep, but this cuts everyone that extended her easy credit.  It hurts them, and their future determinations of whom to trust.
