Looking for 2 bedroom rental in or very near Concord

I am (trying) moving to Concord this month, but I am having a hard time finding an affordable rental for me and my two small kids.
Please let me know if you hear of anything.
I am a non smoker, we have no pets, and my kids are young (3 yrs and 10 months) and well-behaved. We are low-maintenance tenants, and I can pay first and last month's rent and a security deposit up front. I just need to find something that is under $800, and *hopefully* including heat (I have paid over $950 for oil so far this winter!)

Would consider a house-share with the right person/people.
