The Office of the Consumer Advocate supposedly advocates (legally) for us (citizenry) before the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) in regulation and rate issues regarding public natural gas, electricity, telephone and water utility companies.

The OCA publishes a newsletter and has a fresh Winter/Spring 2008 issue out:
