NH Liberty Essay Contest announces 2008 winners

The 2008 NH Liberty Essay Contest concluded and I awarded two prizes, one in the 18-21 age bracket and one in the 17 and under age bracket.  The winning essays have been posted on:

This was the first year of the contest, and I hope to grow it next year.  Toward that, I upgraded the website and added a Subscribe page so that people can sign up to receive updates on future contests.  Next year I hope to increase the prizes as well.
