Cat food fell off a truck and a friend picked up an excessive amount for us.
Dad's original and indoor Expiration date: march 09

There's too much!  If you have a cat, ferret or dog that likes cat food please PM me.

The President was talking about trying dog food.  Maybe he'd take cat, too.

Love that pic. Don't have a cat though. I love cats but I'm the same way about cats and dogs as I am about kids. I like to visit them briefly at other people's houses. :) Some day that may change... with cats &/or dogs that is.

i dont suggest feeding dogs cat food, the protien is too high unless its made for both cat and dogs.

is it a natural food??  I have never read the label on that brand before, and may need some cat food.  is it beaks and butts or whole meat?

TackleTheWorld

click the image of the bag to get the label.

yeah i just figured that out, DUH!

No thanks on the food, it looks kinda crummy..

"Ground Yellow Corn, Chicken By-Product Meal, Corn Gluten Meal, Soybean Meal, Dried Beet Pulp, Animal Fat (Preserved with BHA), Soybean Seed Coats, Malted Barley Syrup, Ocean Fish Meal, Cellulose.."

BAD BAD BAD...  Cellulose?  Soybean seed coats??  One companies waste is another company's money makers...

My cats like the brown pellets of the indoor formula but leave the green ones in the bowl.

Are there any tortoises native to new england? I used to keep lots of them in my garden in TX. Cat food was their favorite, and they defended it against any stray cat that wanted a cut. Took care of pest problems too.

box and woods, plus aquatic turtles.  Turtles do enjoy canned cat food, but its too high in protein and not formulated for reptiles.  Long term use of cat food to turtles causes shell issues.
