Storage space?

I'll be moving end of July.  I plan to find temporary housing (see other thread) and store all of my worldly possessions until I get settled with a job, city, etc.  I'm aiming for the Manchester area, and I figure Plan-A will be to get a storage locker at a storage business, likely around $100 a month.  Plan-B would be if someone  of the Porcupine persuasion had empty space they'd be willing to rent to me on the cheap, ideally in or reasonably near Manchester.  It would be needed for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.  Size?  I can easily fit all my stuff in a 12X10 storage space.

Hi Dan, 

2 ounces of silver (~$40) a month in Dunbarton at my house (assuming it's after July 4th).  Nothing flammable (propane, gas) inside but plenty of outside storage.
