How about we hold some signs for Reno and the other Brown supporters on the first day of Reno's retrial?  Is it better to have the protest early before the trial gets started or at noon when they're all on break and it's easier to gather people?

I'm agreeable to either time, anyone else have a preference?

Noon makes it more likely people from elsewhere in the state can make it there.

Where is it, the fedcourt building in Concord again?

Jim Johnson

Monday June 23rd at 8:00am.
I can hang around all day if other people are coming at noon.

Kat Kanning

Fedcourt, yes, inappropriately situated on Pleasant St.

There is a very good chance that there will not be a trial on June 23rd. There is a change of plea order for Friday June 13th.

Reno did not sign the plea agreement yesterday July 13th. He says as of now there will be a retrial. He also attempted to fire his attorney but was denied by the judge to do so.
