Political prisoner desperately needs help

I just got word that a patriot / liberty activist by the name of Dario Busch is being held in Lincoln County Jail in Missouri. He is being denied access to a public pretender and being denied access to the courts. They are hindering his communication with family and friends on the outside, and worst of all, they are denying him access to any medical treatment for a serious rare condition known as AVM. He is under the care of a neurosurgeon on the outside. The prison doctor, Dr. Gene Smith has offered nothing more than Tylenol. Busch is being denied the paperwork necessary for Dr. Smith to communicate with the neurosurgeon in question. Dr. Smith has a private practice in Clarksville, Missouri.

Meanwhile, whilst incarcerated Busch has suffered at least four seizures related to the disease in question. The jailers do nothing more than watch him flop around as a fish, or leave him to die, and he as suffered a head injury as a result. I'm told that without proper medical attention he is likely to suffer a brain hœmorrhage that could kill him.

He is being held on charges of tampering with a judicial officer. Apparently, the authorities are doing this as a means of retaliating for his having filed a federal misconduct complaint against a judge.

The phone number of the jail is 636-528-6100. The more people call in the more likely the authorities will follow proper procedure and respond appropriately to the medical attention he so desperately needs.

This information was provided to me by a concerned citizen who wishes to remain anonymous, and who played to me a taped conversation with Busch from jail, where Busch was attempting to dictate an affidavit. A transcript of the affidavit in question can be read below.

1 that on 10/6/09 i suffered a severe AVM attack

reminiscent something between a seizure and a stroke,

2 That I was uncarefully and against proper procedure

camera view without being provided medical services

deliberately denied to me caused severe stress and 2

supervision.

5 that such deliberate denial and refusal constitutes
gross
negligence and attempted murder.

6 that despite my over 75 demands and requests both
written
and oral, for nurse, medic, doctor, hospital, care or
supervision i was deliberately denied and refused all
such
requests and demands which constitutes deliberate
torture.  so i am still in inexcrutiating pain and
bodily distress.

7  robert barber, an inmate, recently experienced a
mild seizure which is mild compared to my 3 severe
AVM
attacks.  and robert barber was released on his own
recognizance so he could seek medical attention and
care.

8  i have requested to be released OR on own
recognizance repeatedly but was denied

9 robert barber is caucasian (white)

10 i am hispanic, latino

11 that refusal and failure to release me on my own
recognizance to seek medical and neurological
attention and
care, constitutes raciscm, discrimination, torture
and
attempted murder.

12 i should be released immediately without bail so
that i
can seek competent neurological attention and care.
as
dr martin and dr freebot are standing by to provide me
care,
supervision, mri, angiogram, and ?galvanized? surgery
as
they deem appropriate.    ......as i promise to
appear in any and all court hearings in this case.

Please don't lose sight of the real issue. Whether or not you agree with him is neither here nor there. The fact is, he has been, and continues to be deprived of due process of law; a fate which could befall any one of us, particularly if we fail as a community to hold the so-called authorities accountable.

His condition is deteriorating. He is now confined to a wheelchair and may not survive without immediate medical attention. His private doctor is standing by to treat him, but the county has refused all requests. This is cruel and unusual punishment in the highest degree. He has not even been formally charged with a crime, and as a result his Right to a speedy trial is suspended indefinitely.   

Below is the information to contact the jail's doctor.  He need letters going in certified mail so the doctor has to sign and open an envelope.  As well, He needs faxes\and phone calls to let the doctor know that the public knows Dario has no counsel to represent his medical issues. All of the judges in Lincoln County are disqualified therefore the only person that can administer medical justice to Dario Busch is Dr. Smith.

Its not a matter of agreeing or disagreeing.  Its a matter of credibility.  When I look at his website, he loses credibility with me.  I am therefore disinclined to accept his attestation of events.  Of course, if the posted descriptions are accurate and complete, I would most certainly side with you on the matter.

My sixth sense tells me we're not hearing the whole story, and that what we are hearing isn't all that accurate.  Can we get anything from the other side?

That is your choice. Though your argument of him being a 'nutter' is not very convincing. Ive spent quite a bit of time pouring over the information he has presented and have confirmed much of it studding works by Robert Arthur Menard, Michael Grady, Winston Shrout, Sam Kennedy, and others. Perhaps they are all nuts. I think it would require more than a cursory examination of a page or two to make that determination.

Have you perused the court documents? Most of the records are available on the Lincoln County website linked above.



As an update, the situation as it stands now is this; all three Lincoln County judges have now been disqualified citing conflict of interest, including the judge who signed the warrant on which they are now holding him now. Which means that judge was not qualified to sign the warrant in the first place and it is therefore invalid. Yet the county is still holding him on charges for which he cannot even be arraigned. So not only does he not have legal council, he does not even have a judge to preside. This sounds to me more like Guantanamo Bay than an American jail. Who is watching the watchers? I believe that responsibility rests on us.

Is there no compassion in this world? What is happening here are outrages against human dignity. President Bush admittedly does not know what that means (or feigns to be ignorant), But we (the People) must understand fully.

We have seen the outrages at Abu ghraib, and Gitmo and still we allow it to continue, even in our own jails. (as we debate it as some theoretical concept (like Freedom)).

The fact is People are suffering injustices and outright crimes committed against them (us) by the very people we have (mis) entrusted to protect our freedoms. At what point de we (the People) decide to take responsibility?

The nurnberg principles adopted by International law (our law – the law of the land)  clearly dictate we (People) are responsible, and can be held to account for our actions and inactions.

If we dont do something about these criminal judges, jailers, banksters, and executioners, we will have lost the right to protest against it by our tacit consent.

The immediate concern is that Dario Busch suffers from a rare condition that is potentially fatal if not cared for properly.  The jail in Lincoln count only has one doctor on staff that comes in once a week for five hours.  There is no qualified medical staff that can treat this inmate and no judge that can order his release as every judge in Lincoln county has recused themselves for conflict of interest. 

Prior to his arrest, Presiding Judge Dan Dildine, issued an order in a civil matter that effectively divested the Mr. Busch of his home and all of his personal belongings right down to his toothbrush.  After rendering him indigent; Lincoln County courts denied him counsel and set a cash only bond that was so excessive there is no way Mr. Busch can pay it.  What difference does it make whether Mr. Busch is crazy or not?  All the more reason to treat him fairly. 

Mr. Busch is a Swedish citizen of Bolivian decent.  It appears to me from studying the court record, that this is a clear case of racial discrimination and personal prejudice on the part of Lincoln County Justice system so lets have a little more of an intellectual dialogue.  Tomorrow Dario Busch goes in front of the Court of Appeals with a Petition that is for all intents a purposes a Writ of Habeas Corpus.  It should be a matter of interest to all Americans to stay abreast of what our higher courts are doing.  Remember!  One of the first actions Hitler took when the Nazi party came into power was to dissolve the Appeals courts because people in Germany were not using them.
