Hello All,
  Thanks and kudos to "grasshopper" for introducing this site. I am (Libertarian) the person with the DOL difficulties. I won't post to any great detail in this forum, but would be happy to share details through private email or face to face.
  For example, poor conduct , lack of knowledge of certain precedents and statutes, and unfair judgements made on conjecture and fantasy. Other problems which are being addressed through sworn affidavits are very interesting, with alarming replies. Again, I can't go into detail here due to the seriousness of the implications and allegations.
  I have a very crucial hearing coming up in Sept. and would like a couple of interested parties to witness the proceedings in front of the Compensation Appeals Board. Any body can attend, but the rooms are small.
  Grasshopper told me about a meeting place on Tuesday nights? I would very much like to meet like minded individuals, and share my story with any body interested.
