I believe women dance barefoot because they can't dance in high heels.  It looks like a wedding reception but that doesn't explain the guy in jeans.

    That is socially acceptable behavior at a wedding in the Midwest.  Actually that looks kind of tame in comparison to some of the situations I observed running a sound system and supplying kegs/kegcoolers for dozens of weddings.
