Shame on you folks for not knowing your pop music history...He was the original drummer for the Beatles! Even if Ringo Starr hadn't replaced him. The Ludwig drum company would have still been selling a lot of drums during the "Beatle Boom."

I didn't recognize him, but then I'm not a Beatles fan. Beatles are like Elvis to me: some great songs, but so prolific that there's bound to be a few good ones in the mix.

I realize that's sacrilege to many people. Sorry!

I have come around a bit as I'm getting older, though. I kinda like Elvis (except for the Vegas years), and I don't automatically cringe when I hear the Beatles.
