Video-Cell phone advice? got one for sale?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced cell phone that is compatible with the sprint pcs system and can record video/audio while in the middle of a call.    i would love being able to upload video live but have concluded that is probably out of my price range.

any thoughts?

The iPhone now can, sort of, through a third party app.

Check out the HTC Touch HD. Looks frakkin cool, but not until XMas time.
