need to borrow cheap cam, tripod & plate

i'm going to try and do some videographic civil disobedience in a courtroom sept 26 ... i'd like to be able to bring a tripod that is of little value and a camera that is not worth much . 

if you have either than you could lend me , that might be much helpful.....
bear in mind i would need the device that attaches the camera to the tripod.

but bear in mind there's about a 20 percent chance both will be confiscated.
