Riddle: What IS the Best Way to "Attack" Court System for Victimless Crimes?

I've found myself most fascinated with figuring out this riddle:  What is the Best Way to attack (defend yourself peacefully against) the Court system, should you find yourself in Court facing a Victimless Crime?   

I have no idea but it sounds like Sam I AM is on to something regarding holding the Judges accountable to a Grand Jury.

With Ian (again) and now Toby headed to court in just a few weeks, I thought it would be a good idea if anyone (s) could help give these guys the ammunition (words, strategy) to be successful.
