Yes.
No. I am not really allowed pets so I tinted up some windows to allow the fuzznut to sit in the window without anyone outside knowing.

I have a large roll of privacy window film too, but it is the frosted translucent type that is sometimes used on bathroom windows.  It allows all the light in, but makes it impossible to see anything that's more than a couple inches from the window.  I will never use it all, so if you're in SE NH and want some, let me know.
