As for misuse... the biggest danger would be having The Authoritays seize or subpoena the evidence of where you've been, who you've talked to, what was said, what you did, etc.

In a world without a powerful government, I don't see how private people could abuse it against each other.

Not that the cops would actually use the technology in that way. That's too transparent, showing everyone what they know about you.

Instead, it will be fed to them secretly by those watching the OrwellCams.
