Well, they've done it.

WICHITA FALLS, TX—Calling it an essential step toward securing the Texas border and protecting his people's way of life, Gov. Rick Perry announced Tuesday the completion of a 1,953-mile wall designed to keep out millions of unwanted Americans.

According to Perry, the 75-foot-high barricade running along the northern boundary is the culmination of more than 160 years of escalating tensions between Texas and the United States. ....

Especially since she has to buy cigarettes 5 miles away in Arkansas, because of the stupid tax here. (Not that Arkansas is much better these days.)

I have not had a Cigg. since June 1st of last year.

Smuggling cigarettes!?!?!? What are you thinking!?!?!?!?

My dad, in his travels in years past, would stock up in NC with 100 cartons of cigarettes. These would last him until the next year when he was back to restock. The tax-man does not consider 100 cartons to be for personal use, but fortunately he was never caught at this.

Tennessee will confiscate your car if you have more than two cartons of out-of-state cigarettes.
