Well, after roughly six months, they finally arrested the Liberty Dollar crew, Bernard included.

So how will this play down?  Some of the charges seem ridiculous, but I doubt he'll get off scot-free.

I read the indictment, wherein they mentioned the "forfeiture" of the materials taken in the raid.  They weren't explicit, but I would hope to believe that such forfeiture would NOT occur if they're acquitted on all counts.
