I have yet to hear anything good about Nappen.  If someone has a good Nappen story I would like to hear it.

I called Nappen last year in august - i had an emergency issue.  his helper called me back 4 months later.  is that a good story?

Some would be surprised that they got back to you.

The court date is still on.  Hopefully I will be shooting my gun later that night. :)  But for some reason, I am not optomistic, I dont know why I have these feelings, the state has been so good to me so far.  Making me feel safe and providing such wonderful services.  I dont know what I would do without them!

yea ... owning a gun with this kind of government around ... is always temporary

Just a reminder, my court date is tomorrow and I have no intention of signing the forms they are demanding of me.  I dont know what their response to this will be.  Likely they will just decline to return my property.

All are welcome to attend.

Since both of the other important trials have been postponed, your hearing is the only one I'm interested in going to today.  Does anyone in the seacoast area want to carpool there?  I'm planning to go to the hearing.  It would be nice if we could record the hearing.

Any outcome on this issue?  I hope you have your GLOCK in hand or a big fat check!

Honestly, I'm so sorry that I didn't make it like I said I would. I had every intention, but our washing machine had leakage issues this morning and I was stuck cleaning the mess since my landlord was busy working. I really hope things went well for you... I'll buy you a round if you end up going to Taproom tomorrow or at p-fest

The judge will take it under consideration and get back to him with a ruling.

I made some annotations to the video and changed the title and description.  Please let me know if you see anything that should be changed.

That judge doesn't have the faintest clue about the laws involved.

No law, state or federal, requires a background check for the return of your own firearms (except when redeeming a pawn ticket). The background check in place for purchases (NICS) isn't even available to the police, nor even other FFLs other than dealers or pawnbrokers.

Sorry, I couldn't listen past the first couple of minutes, but that was enough to convince me the judge needs to learn the law, instead of wanting Zim to cite something that doesn't exist.
