Greetings,

I am in search of a quick and easy legal address in New Hampshire (i.e. not a P.O. Box), preferably in a town with less onerous control in place than others (Grafton vs. Manchester, for example). I recall a report that Dave Ridley did on a modest trailer that was being sold for $1 (excluding property taxes, lot fees, and the like); I doubt this is still available, but was thinking something in the under $10K ballpark that's available for sale sooner rather than later. Having it function as a legal/mailing address has more of a priority than elegant living accommodations, if any, on the property at this point.

Any ideas?
