I've gotta say... I'm torn on the subject because I know the background.

I like to distance myself from violence, and I CERTAINLY want to distance myself from aggression. That said, I have a friend who feels that his "liberty awakening" was DIRECTLY tied to personal development. This person feels that exposure to principled liberty messages and his sense of empowerment and confidence are directly tied.

Because of him (and he's on these forums, now and then...) I have to wonder if "bad examples"; the folks who toss out "offing bureaucrats", aren't just people who haven't yet come to be empowered enough to feel able to make change without adapting the state's ways.

Interaction among people is complex as hell...
