People are just now realizing it, but a Texas Constitutional Amendment passed by the legislature and approved by voters bans marriage. Not just GAY marriage. Not poly marriage.

That would be good, but reading the article, it's just a Democrat trying to make news so they can defeat a Republican in an upcoming election.
