This is an excellent example of the Govs stupid immigration policy.  A blood relative of the multi-millionaire President and his multi-millionaire wife, Obama's half aunt, half sister of his half father,  is a dependent of the people of Boston.  I say give her a green card so she can move in with O and the girls and become a dependent of the fed gov.
