That just supports my case that we should de-fund all US military operations around the world, pull the passports of all involved, military and civilian and, don't let them back into the country.
This would result in many things. First, the initial savings of having to pay for the military operations. Second, further savings, as they would not have a lifetime on the Veteran's Dole: retirement, treatment for Syndromes and, drug and alcohol addiction.
Thirdly, more to the subject of this post, is we don't bring back all of  the Psycho's that were either, always  attracted to that stuff or became fans while practicing it.
