I remember the first story and thinking who is this guy bothering and what a massive  waste of time by the bureaucrats to harass him . I remember something from the original story about his raising goats or chickens and it causing a HAZMAT situation of some kind .

Yes , but if i remember correctly he was fairly isolated and it was just a couple of goats or chickens .

Unrelated ....are you telling this city boy I should not think of keeping a few goats / lamb's if I actually am able to swing a small farm in NH
