I was going to consult some Hazlitt, or, Rothbard or Mise, but spotted my friend Dominic Armentano's 'Myths Of Antitrust' for a definition. He unfortunately, cites other's studies and quotes about imperfect competition and stuff that makes my head hurt.
I still maintain that someone can provide a product or service with a price low enough to satisfy his customers, his profit line and avoid active competition.
You can surround him with silent competitors if you want.
