"suicidal" is the new, more subtle "resisting".

They can justify abuse in the name of his own safety and compassion.

Sounds like Abu Ghraib. Wonder if some of the same actors were transferred from there.

That's why they call it the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
You can bet that they are not just abusing some special prisons... they abuse them all.

oh yea ... they could let him wear clothes
I would guess he is getting the same treatment as other "threats to the empire".
People keep getting arrested outside his jail each week it seems.
