Tthe NH Judicial Branch denied a 6 year old child the right to attend public school in the State because of African American race and color of his skin.  The court appointed guardian ad litem, Attorney Patricia Frim believed he would be too lonely being the only Black in a local NH school.  This was a child raised in NH since birth.  They made him go to school in Haverhill, MA and put him in a high minority, high poverty, persistently failing school in a high crime area.  Most of the children were ESL students and didn't speak English.  No state or federal official has done anything to act on the federal civil rights violation by the court.  However they have retaliated against the father for openly criticising state and federal official for not enforcing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits sanctioned or forced segregation in education?   Your thoughts and comments are welcome

How did the judicial branch get involved in where the child attends school?

Just another reason "public" schools shouldn't exist.
