Sheep's Milk

I'd like to get Icelandic sheep. Right now I can't drink cow's milk, and "goats are evil" according to my husband ;-) lol, so, for a combination of milk, meat, fiber, winter hardiness, and ability to do reasonably well on forage, on a much smaller acreage than a cow, Icelandic sheep are the way to go. I'd be interested in discussing co-oping if sheep are the animal involved...
