I have considered renting it to some local Hell's Angels or, like Russell said to a few freestaters that wouldn't put up with the neighbor's crap or the PD's very much at all if any.  When I think about it though I feel like it is not a great idea and that it would be escalating or retaliatory.  I don't want to turn the life of a renter upside down because of crazy neighbors etc.
