qik supported phones

If a few of the freestater youtube accounts and some of the stuff I've heard on FTL are any good indication, it seems that a significant amount of the activists are using qik.
I too, would like to have qik available when I move to NH to record video of police and-what-not without fear of them taking away my phone and deleting the data.

So, I'm looking for qik supported phones but so far the cheapest contract I can find is $70/month. Has anybody been able to do better than this? There has to be a phone that can use qik that costs less than 70 a month.

And in the interest of putting it all out there, I've never bought a mobile phone before, so I am flying blind.
