In the Hoity Toity town, West Hartford,CT. they've had the rule where you can't park on your(?) driveway between the house and road, for a long time.

now we know why it is a driveway .... you drive to your parking lot or garage .... no stopping or standing in the white zone ... all vehicles are subject to search
for your own safety and security you must keep moving in the drive-way
so if you have a big party at your mcmansion or old-school actual mansion .... can you park there?
