Town Meeting-candidate filing dates

Correction,swiped from USNail, message board: Filing dates for Town office  are Jan. 18-27. For those of you placing Warrant articles for the Town to Consider, figure Jan. 27 as your last delivery date to Board of Selectmen.

Text for one to keep the body politic upset, and remind people of what the US Supreme Court did, is to input, as follows:
Per RSA 39:3,
To see if voters will vote to establish an ordinance restricting the taking of real property by eminent domain and the takling of personal property without a 2/3 vote  of the voters at a regular town meeting for each taking. ( 25 signatures minimum)

At least 4 towns will have this on thier Town Warrant for March 14: Andover, Bow, Candia,Hopkinton& possibles in Weare, Plainfield, and Grafton ( No information leads to this less than informative viewpoint).

Are you sure on the date?
I was told Feb 7th for Hopkinton.
Also do you have a copy of the warrant article in Hopkinton?  Do you know who is behind it?  I would like to meet them.
