Collapsenet.com is reporting that its founder, author, researcher and truth teller Michael Ruppert died, as the result of a suicide:

I have been informed that MCR has committed suicide. I am devastated, and very, very sad... We'll report more as information becomes available. PLEASE DO NOT SPREAD SPECULATION! MCR was my friend, my client (I was his attorney) and business partner in CollapseNet. We will gather and report THE FACTS about MCR's death, and nothing else. On my honor, the truth of MCR's death WILL BE TOLD, and his memory will be honored ... Rest In Peace Mike. I am so sorry that you are gone. You fought the greatest of fights, you opened thousands of eyes and you have earned your place in history, and in our hearts. – Wesley T. Miller

Michael's exceedingly valuable research in the area of 9/11 led to this remarkable documentary which reveals the horrifying truth about the false flag events on September 11, 2001 which changed the course of U.S. and world history.

In 1996, Michael, a former LAPD narcotics officer exposed CIA drug running in L.A. which put him on the map as a courageous whistleblower. And the powerful 2009 documentary COLLAPSE laid Mike's soul bare for the world to see a man both manic and brilliant, and truly troubled by the demons who run the world, as well as the demons within.

Henry David Thoreau wrote, "Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them." Michael Ruppert was a man driven by the desperate desire to reveal painful truths to the American people, a desperation only enhanced by his realization that most people refuse to listen, or worse, care.

Michael's profoundly personal work is now a part of the public record, a testament to his fruitful life and to his love for humanity. He will be missed.

May he rest now, in peace.
