This is an avatar from the guys at the jazzfanz forum. The one I use to use there was from the Chappelle Show. One of those guys made a clip of the skit where Prince is playing basketball in a frilly purple shirt and says "Shoot the J!"

I thought this fit my go-get-em personality. I can point fingers and gesture wildly.
