When cities issue overnight parking bans (so the snow plows can run), where the heck do people park?

Manchester opens some parking garages free of charge for the night.

Where I live, the school parking lots.  At least on the weekends.

They sort of rotate open parking lots in Keene. There are enough where if one is closed, most people could park in the next one over.
