Can someone tell me why they shouldn't be allowed to have nuclear power?
I mean the US does.

And to go one step further.
Why can't they have nuclear weapons? 
The US does.
Are we 'better' than them?

A point could be made that any country's leader that isn't trying to get nuclear weapons is betraying his people.  >:D
