Well since the town rejected the call to turn his house over to the Lost Liberty Hotel people... I anticipate that some disgruntled fellow will end up toasting it or vandalizing it.

I doubt it. Because he is a judge, he gets special protection and the house in under surveillance 24/7

Souter, Bradley, Bass & Gregg have all been hanging around Washington D.C. way too long.
They still call themselves New Hampshire boys, but methinks they have lost the spirit.  They are just Washington boys now.
