When you go get you Drivers licence or any other paper work "required" by the state, sign it "under duress then you signiture"

Under Duress states that your being forced and reserves your rights, look up contract law.

You can also alter the "contract" by crossing out whatever you don't like, if they accept it then there agreeing to your edits. If they don't then your not part of there "contract"

I would just do the under duress part they ususally dont notice compaired to crossing out a majority of the contract. ANd them if you end up in a situation you just point out the under duress part and site contract law. You get a "legitimate" licence and  yet proved your point. and have aleg to stand on legally if needed..  Works for some people. Your mileage may vary.

I tried this in my state where your signature is on the licence when i got motorcycle endorsements added to mine, but they didn't change the signature on the licvence they just updated my endorsements... Starting off new in a new state it should end up on the license.

One other thought, in most states any thing under 50cc is exempt from needing a license..  a 50 cc moped or scooter can cruse pretty well down the road.. My 33cc scooter will do 35mph and the 50cc land speed record is well above most speed limits.. maybe build a 50cc go kart.. enclosed for the winter :)

Remeber there are loopholes in every law.. be creative.

One other idea I saw a guy who made a trailer from the front of a car front wheel drive car, this trailer pushed his electric car when he was out of electric power, the trailer was the engine... the car simply was pushed by the trailer..

Would a car need too be licensed and or do you need a license if it doesn't have a motor in it.. no motor, its under 50cc.

Just license the trailer as a trailer. If they don't know what to do when they pull you over they can't do anything.. and if you did it, it would really mess with there minds.. open the hood on the car and the motor isn't there, then show them the law that states any vehicles under 50 cc doesn't require a licence :)

Or better yet put a weed whacked under the hood, there about 33cc :)

I'm going to put it off as long as possible.  My job requires that I have a license to drive but since my MO license is good until 2010 I am going to keep it...
