He has said that he's on a water only fast until his sentencing.

I hope Russell can make it until the sentencing. I would like to go to the sentencing but I will be busy with grape harvest.

Is there a date for his sentencing?

Thanks, sorry I missed it.

I wish I could go to the sentencing and show my support for Russell but NH is about 10 hours away and September is really busy

Kelly Halldorson

I'll be there. It's not too far for me and I'd like to show support.

I went to the jail today but was early (thought it was 3:00-4:00)...didn't see anyone and left...ironically at 3:25. I went back home and checked the time of the rally/protest.

Anyone go in to see him? How's he doing?

Kat Kanning

We got there about 3:45, I think.  He sounds like he's doing OK.  I got another letter from him today.  They wouldn't let me see him.  He can't have visitors while he's being uncooperative.  The superintendent of the jail is setting up a phone call between Russell and I on Monday.  He wants me to try and get Russell to be more cooperative.

It was mentioned that you have more than one letter.  Has he given you examples of his noncooperation?

Kat Kanning

He asked me to share his letters, sans the mushy parts.  I'll type them in later.

Pat K

I can't define "mushy Parts" but I know them when I see them.  ;D
