It'll be interesting to see what happens then if NV passes the initiative to allow for adult marjiuana use. While the feds continue to bust medical marijuana dispensories in CA and elsewhere, they do not have the resources to bust everyone in their homes. According to Marijuana Policy Project, the parent organization funding NV's initiative,

"The Marijuana Policy Project recently commissioned a survey of 5,000 registered voters in Nevada which revealed that voters are split precisely 50% to 50% on our ballot initiative."

It has a chance.
